GV Art London
GV Art London is a cultural production, artist representation and consultancy company that has operated for many years at the intersection of art, science, ideas and public engagement. It represents artists and artist estates—including Franciszka and Stefan Themerson, Katharine Dowson, Nicholas Wyatt and Norman Toynton and has curated and produced more than 150 exhibitions and events. Through its programmes, archive and publications, GV Art London encourages dialogue between artistic and scientific communities, exploring the ethical, intellectual and cultural questions raised by future experiments and emerging ideas.
Join us for a special celebration of typography, concrete poetry and the extraordinary relationship between words, art and visual culture.
In Celebration of Typography is a new publication exploring the role of typography in books, art and poetry. The event also marks the 60th anniversary of Between Poetry and Painting, the landmark 1965 exhibition at the Institute of Contemporary Arts — the first London exhibition dedicated to concrete poetry.
